Our trainers have experience training everyone from beginners to NBA and WNBA players. Train where the pros train and achieve your basketball potential! 

Our small group training is a great opportunity to develop your individual skills and immediately implement them in game-like situations. Our group training sessions include:

  • Small Group Sizes:  Our groups are formed based on the skill level and age of the athlete and typically have between 5-8 athletes per trainer, per session.
  • Session Structure:  Each 1-hour session will consist of individual skill development in ball-handling, shooting, footwork, and more. Each session will also have time dedicated to ensuring that these skills are put into practice through competitive drills and game-play. 
  • Flexible Schedule:  Whether you sign up for one of our monthly memberships or a session package, you’ll have access to our online scheduling platform as well as our mobile app where you will be able to view the schedule, sign up for training sessions, modify your schedule and more! 

We offer a variety of memberships and session packages to fit your goals and schedule. Our basketball training can also be combined with our sports performance training that focuses on strength, balance, agility, vertical leap and injury prevention. Our Futures and Junior Basketball Programs are designed for younger kids that are getting started and developing a great foundation of skills. These sessions are focused on fun and fundamentals! We will teach ball-handling, shooting, passing, moving with and without the ball and much more! Like our other small group training, these sessions are run in small groups and tailored to the skill level and abilities of the kids.

Are you a college player back home for the summer and looking to workout with other high-level, college players in the area? Then this group is for you! We work with men’s and women’s players from Division I, II and III. This highly competitive, elite group training is led by NBA Skills Trainer, Jadee Jones, and follows the same programming used by elite players like Tyus Jones, Tre Jones, Anthony Tucker, Jordan Taylor and many more. Looking for a more personal training package? We offer private training for individuals and small groups. These sessions are scheduled outside of our normal small group training schedule. At Athletic Gaines, our mission is to build foundational strength, speed, and agility with a focus on functional movement and injury prevention. Many of our basketball players choose to add on our sports performance training to their basketball skills training. It’s a convenient option versus traveling to multiple facilities to train. Our athletes that have participated in both have seen tremendous advances in their game and overall athletic ability. We offer Combination Memberships to take advantage of both basketball and sports performance training.
